Creating legal entities and business units in ESC

Define legal entities within the configurator, including employer and PSU designation. Define business units, looking at the options for how many and how they are derived. Then find where the configurator makes assumptions you may not want, and override one. The business unit derivation options are a design shortcut, not a substitute for the design work. If you have not done the design, the configurator will make the choice for you, and you will live with it. That is the sharpest version of this module's argument. And verify every designation after loading. The configurator is fast, not omniscient.
