Forty-five minutes, and the title is the instruction. A configurator-built structure for a new two-country scenario, in a clean environment. New — not the one you already built by hand. The point is to use the tool on something you have not already solved. A verification checklist, completed object by object. One deliberate error, loaded and rolled back, with the rollback's limits documented — documented, meaning write down what survived. And a written comparison: what the configurator did faster, and what still needed manual work. The acceptance criterion the lab exists for: the comparison identifies at least three gaps requiring manual completion. Three.
