Why we built it manually first

"You made me build all that by hand and there was a wizard?" Yes. There is one, it would have built a good deal of the legal structures module for you in about twenty minutes, and you built it by hand instead. Here is why, and it is not pedagogy for its own sake. The configurator creates objects you must be able to fix. When a load half-succeeds — and it does — you are troubleshooting legal entities, PSU designations and reference data sets you have never built: you do not know which page they live on, what a correct one looks like, or which of them the failure actually touched. That is a bad first encounter with those objects, and it happens on a day when something has already gone wrong. Build them once by hand and the wizard becomes a shortcut.
