Implementing Project Portfolio Management: From Organization Structure to Recognized Revenue · Module 7 · Project Types

Proving the type works

Lesson 75 of 198 · 9 min

Create a project from each type and show the inherited behaviour on each. Record a cost on the contract project and show it burdened. Record a cost on the indirect project and show different treatment. Attempt an excluded transaction class and show the block. Show the classification captured at creation. "CREATING A PROJECT FROM EACH TYPE IS THE ONLY PROOF." Behaviour that looks configured and does not apply is common. Keep these projects; later modules use them.
