Performance measures

Lesson 164 of 198 · 11 min

Review the delivered performance measures across cost, revenue, effort and margin. Show which are absolute and which are ratios. Show a measure calculated for a project, then the same measure at organization level. Review before creating. Most requirements are met by delivered measures. RATIOS ARE WHAT AN EXECUTIVE READS. ABSOLUTES ARE WHAT THEY DRILL INTO. That distinction decides which measures go on a dashboard and which sit one level down.
