Business processes are also available as individual subscriptions: Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management, Financial Consolidation and Close, FreeForm, Narrative Reporting, Planning, Profitability and Cost Management, Tax Reporting. The estate consequence. A client may hold several distinct subscriptions, each entitling a set of environments. Understanding which subscription funds which environment matters the moment somebody asks you to build a new one. One environment, one business process — and each one consumes entitlement. Same rule as the landscape module's, with licensing attached. Test and production. A subscription typically includes both. Know what the client has before promising a third environment for training. Training environments are the commonest unpriced assumption in this whole subject, and you will meet one in the lab. The practical artifact: an entitlement register — subscription, entitlement, environments consumed, environments remaining. Most clients do not have one.
