Meet Northwind. You will be working for them until the capstone. Northwind is a group of about four thousand employees. Finance wants Planning with the Financials and Workforce modules, Financial Consolidation and Close, and Account Reconciliation. The data team wants Enterprise Data Management to govern the chart of accounts and entity structures across all of them, plus the group's ERP general ledger — an estimated sixty thousand nodes. Each business process needs test and production. Training environments have been "assumed" by the programme manager but never priced. And there is an existing cloud account, created two years ago by a contractor for a Planning trial. A completed entitlement register: what is needed, how many environments, and what questions must be answered before anyone can commit.
