Six cases, and none of them is a configuration fault. One. "We cannot create the environment." Entitlement exhausted — or the business process is not in the subscription at all. Two. "EDM stopped accepting new records." The record ceiling on the bundled business process. No configuration fix. It is a purchase. Nothing you can do in the product will move it, and that is a sentence worth being able to say clearly and early. Three. "The client thought Sales Planning was included." A tier assumption — read the order document. Four. "Nobody knows who got the activation email." It went to a procurement contact who has left: recoverable, and it costs a week. Five.
