Ordering and the activation checklist

Walk the ordering flow at a high level, then walk the activation checklist step by step. Show the subscription activation email and what it contains. Explain the two activation paths — creating a new cloud account versus adding to an existing one — and note that the identity module builds both. Then cover the situation where the existing cloud account was created by somebody else, and what to do about it. The activation email goes to one person and that person is frequently not you. Establishing who received it, and getting them into the room, is often the first real task on a project. "The existing cloud account was created by somebody else" is more common than the documentation's tone suggests. It usually means a trial somebody signed up for two years ago.
