Enter a description of an issue, capture a screenshot and use the highlight tool to mark the problem, use the darken tool to obscure sensitive data before capturing, and add a second and third screenshot showing progress through the task. Submit, review the environment and plugin information collected, and show the reference number and its role in a support request. THE MULTI-SCREENSHOT STORYBOARD IS THE TECHNIQUE TO LEARN. A sequence showing how you got to the problem is worth far more to a support engineer than a single screen of an error, and it materially shortens resolution.
