Granting console access to service administrators

Why a service administrator might need console access — and why they might not — then granting it, showing what they can now see and do, showing the limits of that access, and showing it revoked. CONSOLE ACCESS IS NOT AUTOMATIC AND SHOULD NOT BE. An environment service administrator does not need to create environments or manage identity domains. Grant it deliberately, to named people, for stated reasons. THIS IS A SEGREGATION OF DUTIES QUESTION. Whoever can create environments, manage identity AND administer the business process is a very powerful individual.
