Meridian again, and this time the structure is the deliverable. Two legal entities: Meridian Trading LLC, domestic, and Meridian Trading International, in the neighbouring country. The domestic entity runs both a wholesale and a retail operation, with separate buyers, separate payment terms, and a hard constraint — the wholesale manager must not see retail supplier pricing. The international entity is small: one operation, three staff. And shared services handles receivables centrally for both entities.
