Six failures, each with a symptom, a cause, a fix and a prevention. New user can sign in but sees an empty home page. Abstract role missing. Assign the employee role. Everything worked yesterday, nothing works today. Role changes were made and the regeneration process was not run, or was run mid-session. Sign out and back in after regeneration.
