Build ONE analysis TWICE — once from the obvious subject area and once from the right one — and explain the difference in the numbers. That is the whole lab, and it is deliberately small. The obvious subject area is the one whose name matches the words in the request; the right one is the one whose GRAIN matches the question. Both will return a number. The numbers will differ. Explaining why is the deliverable. Write the explanation in terms a finance user would accept, not in terms of the tool: "the first counts one row per installment, so an invoice paid in three instalments is counted three times" is an explanation. "The subject areas have different grains" is a restatement. Then assemble a small dashboard: your correct analysis, one supporting analysis, and a prompt that filters both.
