Three tools, and the choice is simpler than it looks. HCM Data Loader — file-based, high volume, covering essentially every business object; the workhorse for migration and bulk change. HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader — a spreadsheet front end over the same engine, suiting business users and smaller ongoing loads. And the workforce structures spreadsheets you already met in Module 6. Choosing comes down to volume, frequency, and who runs it. Migration is the Data Loader; ongoing business-user loads are the spreadsheet; one-off structure creation can be either.
