A migration scope document with in and out decisions justified, including at least one exclusion justified on data protection grounds. At least one, and it is checked — making that argument once in a lab is how you make it fluently on a project. Workforce structures loaded in the correct sequence. The worker population loaded, including at least two dual-relationship workers and five with concurrent assignments — the cases that break. The supervisor hierarchy loaded as a second pass. Seniority overrides loaded for a stated acquired population. Five seeded errors diagnosed and corrected, with the cause named for each — named, not fixed by trial and error. One spreadsheet template configured for an ongoing HR task. A reconciliation pack completed, headcount by legal employer, country and department plus FTE totals, agreeing to the source file.…
