Run a load with five different seeded error types, then open the results and work each one: a missing dependency, an effective date problem, an invalid lookup value, a duplicate key, and a validation failure on an identifier or address. Show where the detailed diagnostic information lives, then correct all five and reload clean. Read the error literally. These messages are more precise than they look, and the instinct to guess wastes time — read one slowly, word by word. Keep a personal error catalogue. After three projects you will recognise most messages instantly, and that recognition is most of what makes a migration go quickly. And partial loads: some records succeed, some fail. Know the state you are in before reloading, or you will create duplicates. That is the key strategy arriving as a practical hazard.
