Orientation for the user-facing side of the product, and it starts with a caveat that affects how you should watch it. The pages in your release may look different from the pages in this video. The interface is in transition — a newer visual experience is rolling out progressively alongside the older presentation, and which one you see depends on your release and configuration. This is the single biggest reason HCM training material dates, including this course. So learn what the page does, not what it looks like: the layout moves, the function is stable. The home page gives you two ways to reach anything — the navigator, which lists everything you have access to, and the springboard of tiled icons, which is the same destinations arranged visually.
