Lab: grades, rates and a date-effective increase

Forty-five minutes, seven deliverables. A grade structure for all four countries — global or local, with justification. The justification is the marked part; the first lesson told you which way this usually goes, and "usually" is not a reason. At least one stepped grade. Grade rates per LDG, in the correct currencies — correct currencies, because an LDG in the wrong currency is a rate that looks right and is out by an order of magnitude. Two grade ladders, one of each type. Valid grades configured on jobs and positions, and a worker hired with the grade constraint demonstrated. And an effective-dated annual rate increase applied. Three acceptance criteria, and the middle one is the point of the lab: rates exist for every LDG; the rate increase is date-effective and history is preserved; and an invalid grade is demonstrably blocked at assignment.
