Lab: eight document types and an access matrix

Lesson 134 of 175 · 2 min

Forty-five minutes, and the central artefact is a document rather than a configuration. A document type structure of at least eight types across three categories, with a written access matrix stating who can view and who can upload each. Two columns, not one — view and upload, separately, per the first lesson. Document type security profiles attached to at least three data roles. Context-driven flexfields for two types with different attributes. Expiry configured on at least one type, plus a note on the report that would consume it — and the note is the deliverable, because failure five is expiry configured and no report. Letter generation for one type. Retention and archiving configured per type, with a note that the periods would come from the client's legal advisers. And evidence: three logins showing three different visible document sets. Five acceptance criteria, and three of them are unusual for this course
