Five failures, and they are quick. The grade is not available at hire. Reference data set, or it is not a valid grade for that job. Check the set first; it is the faster of the two to rule out. The rate is missing for one country. No rate created for that LDG — the per-LDG cost arriving as a gap rather than as extra work. Pay ranges are last year's. The annual rate update was not done: a runbook failure, not a system failure, and the reason the first lesson ends by telling you to name the owner. The steps are out of order. Sequence not set. A grade change lost its history. Overwritten instead of date-effective — unrecoverable in the sense that matters, because the previous value is simply not there any more.
