Granting inventory organization access

Open the inventory organization data access task from the Facilities functional area. Grant the inventory manager access to one organization, by role rather than by user, explaining the difference on screen. Then sign in as the user and show the previously-empty page now populated. Show a second organization the user still cannot see, grant it, and show the change. The before-and-after login is the lesson. The empty page and the populated page back to back is what makes the symptom memorable, and it is the payoff for ending the provisioning lesson on an empty page. Copying rows saves considerable time on a multi-organization client — this is a grid, and grids reward copying.
