Plant B makes components and ships them to Plant A. There is one central warehouse organization holding raw material for both, and Finance runs one cost organization covering both plants. Staff: one manufacturing engineer covering both plants, one supervisor and two operators per plant, one inventory manager for the warehouse, one warehouse manager, one product data steward, one cost accountant.
