Forty minutes. Seven deliverables. Shifts covering full-time, part-time and a four-day pattern. Three workday patterns. A schedule generated five years forward, with a full year of public holidays and one shutdown. The project calendar assigned at project unit level. One project with an overriding calendar, justified. A resource calendar differing from the project calendar. And the evidence, which is the whole point: THE SAME CALENDAR WEEK PRODUCING DIFFERENT PROJECT DURATION AND RESOURCE AVAILABILITY — VERIFIED BY HAND. By hand — work out both numbers on paper before you look at what the system says. If they disagree, you have found either a pattern error or a calendar you did not assign, and both are better found here than as a booking somebody cannot honour.
