Open the design tooling and select an employment action, create a rule for a specific role, hide fields, make fields required, set default values, hide entire regions, then add a second rule for a different role showing the same action rendering differently. Preview and activate, log in as each role and show the two versions of the same page, then cover the personal info page considerations and configure a search view for a Redwood page. This is the highest-return usability work available to you. A manager promoting somebody should see six fields. Out of the box they might see sixty — and the result is errors and complaints, both of which get attributed to the system rather than to the configuration.
