Value sets and flexfield parameters

The most technically involved lesson in the module. Create an independent value set with a controlled list, then a table-validated one, then configure a flexfield parameter so a value set is filtered by context — by the worker's legal employer or business unit, for example — attach it to a segment and demonstrate the filtering. Then show the parameters available for assignment, workforce structure and document record flexfields. Parameter-driven filtering is the technique that turns a flexfield from adequate into good. A dropdown showing only the values relevant to that worker's context prevents a whole class of data quality problems before it exists, rather than reporting on it afterwards. Go slowly here and show the result clearly — the payoff is the same dropdown, two workers, different lists.
