Search for profile options relevant to workforce structures, employment, person and document records. Show the levels — site, user and others — and how they resolve, change one and demonstrate the behaviour change, then show how to find which profile option controls a given behaviour. Profile options are the least discoverable configuration in the application, so learn the search technique rather than a list — lists date, technique does not. That last step is the lesson; the rest is the setup for it. And document every profile option you change, and why. Six months later nobody remembers — including you, and the symptom is the last of this module's failure cases.
