"This worker's data looks wrong." Check in this order. What effective date is the page showing? Is there a future-dated change? Was the last change made as an update or a correction? Is there a duplicate person record? Has the keyword process run since the change? The first two are free and they resolve more of these than everything below them — ask them before you open anything. Then seven failures. There are two records for the same person — duplicate checking not configured, or two source systems both creating people. Merging is difficult and lossy; prevention is everything, and it happens before the first load. History disappeared — somebody used correct where they should have used update, and it is not recoverable without a restore.
