Nonlabor and resource class rate schedules

Lesson 60 of 198 · 11 min

Create a nonlabor rate schedule for the Module 5 resources, set rates per resource and optionally per organization, create a resource class rate schedule as a fallback, and show the fallback applying where no more specific rate exists. THE RESOURCE CLASS SCHEDULE IS YOUR SAFETY NET. Configure one so that nothing prices at zero by accident — that is failure case one, prevented rather than diagnosed. Organization-specific rates handle the case where the same equipment costs differently in different locations.
