Lab: rate the business and explain three transactions

An hour, and the seventh deliverable is the one that proves you understood the module. A job rate schedule with both cost and bill rates for Meridian's roles. Person rate schedules for two justified exceptions — two, and justified; the design is wrong if you need more. A nonlabor rate schedule and a resource class fallback schedule. Rate sources configured for cost and bill. A second effective-dated version representing an annual increase. One project-level rate override for an in-flight engagement, justified. A WRITTEN DIAGNOSTIC: FOR THREE TEST TRANSACTIONS, EXPLAIN WHICH RATE APPLIED AND WHY. And a written note on who should be able to see cost rates versus bill rates. Five criteria. No transaction prices at zero. The backdated transaction picks up the historical rate. The three rate diagnostics are correct and NAME THE SOURCE LEVEL — not "the job rate applied", but which level of the hierarchy it came
