Northwind Group. Read the brief, and read it for what is missing as much as for what is stated. The organisation: entities, countries, and which regulator matters. The EPM scope: business processes and environments. The stated constraints, one of which is a written legal residency constraint and is not negotiable. And the people, who do not agree: the security lead wants non-production identity separated; the IT director does not want the overhead. Both are in the brief on purpose. The identity team says it can maintain "one or two" domains — a capacity constraint, stated as an aside. And the CFO, asked about recovery, says "obviously we'd need to be back the next day", which sounds like a requirement and is not one.
