Almost everything else in this course is adjustable. Three things here are not. One. The identity domain an environment lives in. Users, groups, roles, password policies and SSO configuration are all domain-scoped. Moving an environment to a different domain is not a setting. It is a rebuild and a migration. Two. The region an environment lives in. This is where the data physically sits, and for many organizations it is a regulatory commitment written into a contract. Changing it means creating a new environment elsewhere and migrating. Three. The cloud account structure. Whether your EPM estate shares a cloud account with the organization's other Oracle services determines whether identity, policy and billing can ever be unified.
