Administering Cloud EPM: The Platform Beneath the Business Processes · Module 3 · Cloud Account, Identity Domains and Regions
Touring the Oracle Cloud Console
Lesson 32 of 201 · 11 min
Orient in the console rather than memorising it, because the layout moves and the structure does not. The navigation menu and how it is organised. Identity and Security — where domains, users, groups and policies live. The EPM service page — where environments are listed. Governance and Administration — where subscriptions and billing sit. The region selector, and what it changes on the page you are looking at. And the search box, which is faster than the menu for almost everything. The two-console distinction again, because this is where it bites: infrastructure and identity in the Oracle Cloud Console, business process configuration inside the EPM environment. Knowing which one owns a task is most of the speed. The console layout changes. The structure — identity here, services there, governance over there — is stable. Learn the structure.
