Activating: creating a new cloud account

Open the subscription activation email and walk what it contains. Follow the path to create a new cloud account, enter the account details and note which are permanent, complete activation, then show the resulting account, the default identity domain, and where the subscription now appears. The cloud account name appears in every URL your users will ever type. Choose it deliberately, with somebody who cares how it reads: a five-minute decision with a ten-year life. The activation email goes to one person. Establish who before you start. A default identity domain is created. Whether you use it is a design decision, not a default to accept.
