Ninety minutes, and the last deliverable is a paragraph. Seven deliverables: a folder structure with role-based permissions; a working database connection and a configured Smart View client; a balance sheet from your hierarchy producing the four required asset subtotals; a P&L with prior period, variance and variance percentage columns, with conditional formatting; one Smart View ad-hoc analysis saved as a refreshable workbook; one operational analysis showing open payables by supplier; and a written note explaining which tool you chose for each, and why. Five acceptance criteria: the balance sheet balances; report totals agree to the trial balance; the variance columns calculate correctly; the Smart View workbook refreshes with live data; and tool choices are justified against the decision flowchart from the first lesson.
