Worker unions and collective agreements

Three objects: the union or representative body, the collective agreement, and the bargaining unit, so that assignments can reference them. Why it matters operationally: agreements drive terms that other modules consume. And in several jurisdictions the works council has consultation rights over system changes affecting employees — which is a project-planning input rather than a configuration detail. Then the build: create a worker union with its details and representatives, create a collective agreement with effective dates, configure the flexfields for agreement-specific attributes, associate an agreement with an assignment, and look at bargaining unit configuration and where it appears. Agreements are effective-dated and they get renegotiated, so build for versioning from the start. Renegotiation is the normal life of the object, not a hypothetical.
