Implementing Global HR: From Enterprise Model to Live Workforce · Module 5 · Divisions, Departments, Locations and Trees

Disability organizations

Lesson 52 of 175 · 7 min

Create a disability organization, configure its attributes and associations, and see where it is referenced on a person record. What the object is for: recording the external body associated with statutory disability reporting in jurisdictions that require it. Handle the data carefully. Any related personal data is sensitive in most jurisdictions, and access should be restricted through the security profiles from the security module — the mechanism is already covered there and repeating it here would dilute the one thing this lesson needs to land. And requirements vary by country. The client's local HR and legal teams define what must be captured, not you.
