Lab: build the management structure

One hour, seven deliverables, and one of them can be answered by not building anything. A division structure, or a written justification for having none. Both are passing answers — the first lesson was not rhetorical. A three-level department hierarchy across all four countries, with cost centres and managers. At least one organization carrying two classifications. Locations for each country, plus a documented remote-working pattern — documented, meaning you pick one of the two patterns and write down why. One worker union and one collective agreement, with flexfield attributes. A department tree — audited, activated and published, all three verbs. And a future-dated second tree version representing a stated reorganisation: state the reorganisation, do not just make a version. Two acceptance criteria are the ones people lose marks on. Every department has a manager and a cost centre — every one, and it is quicker to check than to argue
