Work areas

Lesson 88 of 188 · 8 min

From the Work Definition work area, change organization to the correct plant. Manage work areas, create two, set the attributes, and show where work areas appear downstream. Work areas are mostly organizational grouping. Keep them few and meaningful. Check the organization context first. Every manufacturing page has one, and creating objects in the wrong plant is a routine mistake — which is why changing organization is a step rather than an assumption.
