Labour and equipment resources defined by class, not by individual. Work centers created with supply subinventories set — every one, because the failure is silent. Resources assigned with units available, efficiency and utilization. One work center with three identical machines modelled via units available rather than three centers. A planned maintenance exception on one resource. And evidence: available capacity for one work center, verified by hand against the shift pattern.
