Both are design failures, and the second is the one nobody considers — the list can be short and still wrong if it uses Finance's words for things delivery people do. Four. "The nonlabor resource is not available." Organization assignment missing. Five. "The project role does not appear in the rate schedule." Role created after the schedule — or in the wrong set. Six.
