"I cannot complete this employment transaction." In this order. Is the employment model set for this legal employer? Is the effective date valid — after the hire date, before any future-dated change? Is the position or job available, and within headcount? Is the assignment status one that permits this action? Does an approval exist, and is it pending? Does your security include this worker? Then eight failures, and three of them are not failures at all. We chose single assignment and now we need concurrent roles — a model change: migration, not configuration. Two managers see the same worker and one of them thinks it is a bug — multiple assignments working correctly; a training issue rather than a defect. A worker on long-term leave disappeared from reports — the security profile excludes their assignment status; a question somebody should have been asked rather than a mistake. The service date
