Setting the model

Lesson 101 of 175 · 9 min

Set the model at enterprise level, override it at legal employer level for one country, see where the setting appears on the legal entity HCM information page, look at the effect on the hire flow for each employer, and see what that page looks like before any model is set. Do this before hiring anybody. After work relationships exist, this is not a setting change. And the legal employer override is on the same page you visited when building the legal structures — the one where you deliberately did not set the employment model. That loop was promised twice, and this is where it closes.
