Implementing Global HR: From Enterprise Model to Live Workforce · Module 10 · The Employment Model and Assignments
Areas of responsibility revisited
Lesson 107 of 175 · 10 min
Assign areas of responsibility to HR staff now that real workers exist. Watch the responsibility drive the "my HR contact" display for a worker, and responsibility-based security working against the loaded population. Then change a responsibility and see the visibility shift without a role change. Finish on the responsibility report. The security module taught this mechanism against an empty system. This lesson proves it against two hundred workers — and that is the payoff: this is the pattern that makes an HR team change a two-minute job rather than a role redesign. It was promised then, and this is where it is paid.
