Seven cases, and the first is the one employees report. One. "Absence deducted seven days for a five-day leave." No work schedule assigned, or the wrong one resolved — check the resolution hierarchy, and the answer is usually that the level you expected to apply is not the most specific one present. Two. "The public holiday applied to the wrong country." Coverage set to the wrong hierarchy node. Three. "A regional holiday was missed." Never asked about; prevention is a country-by-country holiday review in design, and there is no clever fix — you either asked or you did not. Four. "Holidays stopped working in January." Only one year loaded; load three.
