Eight cases. One. "Backflush is not consuming material." Supply type set to push. Two. "The work order takes three weeks for a two-day job." It probably is, and the right response is to go and look, not to explain. Five. "We cannot insert an operation without renumbering everything." Sequenced 1, 2, 3 instead of 10, 20, 30. Six. "Material at the plating supplier is not visible." Outside processing not modelled, or modelled without tracking. Seven. "The work definition load failed on every row."
