Operation items and supply types

Pull the structure components into operations and assign each component to the operation where it is actually consumed. Set the supply type per component — push, assembly pull, operation pull, bulk, phantom — and show the effect of each: where the material comes from, and when. Set the supply subinventory override where needed, then show a component consumed at the last operation versus the first, and the WIP value difference. Supply type is the most operationally consequential setting in this module. Push means somebody must issue it deliberately. Backflush means the system consumes it on completion. Pushing everything creates enormous transaction load. Backflushing everything means inventory accuracy depends entirely on the BOM being right. Both extremes matter, because the client will ask for one of them. The practical recommendation: backflush high-volume, low-value, reliably-consumed components. Push expensive, serialized, lot-traced or variable-consumption ones. Which operation a component is assigned to determines when
