Material availability checked before release, with any shortage resolved. Full detailed execution: operation transactions at every count point, manual issue of pushed components, backflush of pulled components, resource charging. One deliberate backflush shortage, created, diagnosed and resolved. Scrap reported at an intermediate operation, with a reason. A non-standard rework work order for the scrapped unit. A second work order executed via quick complete, with a written comparison of the two approaches. Both work orders completed and closed. And evidence: finished goods on hand, component stock reduced, resource time charged, and the work order transaction history. Six acceptance criteria, two to read twice.
