Open the common project execution options. Walk the option groups and their effect. Set the options governing project and task behaviour, and the options for the resource experience. Save, and show the effect in a work area. These options set the default experience for everyone on the execution side. CHANGE ONE AND HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE NOTICE. Several are effectively permanent once in use. Read before saving. Where possible, set these with a project manager watching. They will tell you which defaults are wrong — in about a minute, and for free.
