Run the verification checklist, object by object. Grant the business unit and project unit access from Module 2 for the new structures. Create a project: select the project unit, the owning organization, the business unit. Confirm the project number generated per your design. Show the available owning organizations and confirm they match the hierarchy, create a task and assign an expenditure organization, then sign in as a restricted user and confirm scope. "A SUCCESSFULLY CREATED PROJECT IS THE ONLY PROOF THE STRUCTURE IS CORRECT." Configuration that looks right and fails at project creation is normal. New structures mean new access grants. Put it in the runbook — this is the second course in the catalogue where that is the last-step failure, and naming the pattern is worth ten seconds. Keep this project; later modules use it.
